Contraindications:

"Do not take with prescription medications; the alkaloids are present in safe

   quantities, but undersirable synergies are always possible. Although it does not

   contain the same alkaloids as the opiates, they are chemically similar enough to

   cause a possible false positive in urine testing for opiates. It is probably

   unappropriate to use during pregnancy, although I don�t know any specific reason
